Four things are necessary for payment:

1. The minimum payable amount for the necessary payment method must be reached by the start of the bill run, i.e. 20 for Payoneer and Direct Bank Transfers for non-EU countries and 10€/$ for PayPal, SEPA, and ACH.

2. Your payment details must be fulfilled. Once you've earned the minimum required amount for a particular payment method, you can select this payment method in the “Payment details” section of your Clickworker account (What payment options do I have?).

Some important information to check before proceeding further if you are using one of the following payment options:

PayPal:

Your PayPal account must be verified.

Payoneer:

Your Payoneer account must be active and linked to your Clickworker account.

Direct Bank Transfers (non-EU countries):

Your bank account must be opened in the country you are currently residing in and allow SWIFT transfers (not only local transfers).

3. In addition, you must provide information about whether you are self-employed or a freelance professional or not in the "Payment details" section of your Clickworker account. If you are a Clickworker from the USA, you will also be asked to provide your SSN and upload a signed-up W9 form.

4. Your payments must not be on hold.

4.1. If you make changes to your account data, our system puts your payments on hold until you confirm the changes. You should have received an email with a confirmation link. Once confirmed, the payment hold will be removed automatically.

4.2. If you previously put your payments on hold by clicking on the "Put on hold" button to accumulate the funds on your Clickworker balance, please remember to click it again to reactivate them.

Payment will not be made unless all of these four requirements are fulfilled. However, the money you have earned is not lost, if you do not match one of them on the day of the bill run, and will remain on your Clickworker balance until you have fulfilled all the conditions.
