The status "Payment stopped" = Yes can only be adjusted by the clickworker support team.

It is usually set, when at least one of your payments failed in the past or there is an investigation ongoing.

If you have already opened a support ticket because of a KYC-issue, missing payment or something else and you have not yet heard back from us, there is no need to take any action. Re-sending your missing payment or checking your sent in documents is done manually and will take some days.
