I want to change my user name

Please contact us via a new support ticket and provide both the old and the desired new username. If it is still available, we will make the change in your user profile and let you know afterward. It is a good idea to send us 1-2 alternatives as well, just in case, your first choice is already taken by someone else.



I want to change my email address


Changing your email address is a bit more complicated since we need to make sure that the person requesting the change really is the account holder. If you contact us with a request to change your email address, please send us the following information:


  • The old email address currently connected to your clickworker account
  • The new email address you want to change to
  • The account holder's full name and date of birth
  • The workitem number of a clickworker task you have completed in the past
