This means that, for example, you will only be offered Spanish assessments if you have said that you are proficient in Spanish. The same applies to other languages. If details about language skills or fields of knowledge are missing in your profile you may not be able to take any (or not all) of the assessments available, and will therefore be offered fewer jobs.
