To receive payment, you must meet the following four requirements:

1. Provide Complete Payment Details: Once you've earned the minimum amount required for a particular payment method, you can select it in the "Payment details" section of your Clickworker account. (Learn more about payment options and minimum amount here)

Before proceeding, review the important information below if you're using any of these payment methods:

PayPal:

Your PayPal account must be verified and eligible to receive payments in EUR. (PayPal KYC Issues and how to fix them)

Payoneer:

The bank account linked to your Payoneer account must be active, accept international transfers, and be connected to the clickworker funding source.

Direct Bank Transfers (non-EU countries):

Your bank account must be opened in the country where you currently reside and allow SWIFT transfers in the official currency of your country (not just local transfers).

2. Reach the Minimum Payable Amount: The minimum amount payable for your selected payment method must be reached by the start of the bill run. The minimum is €/$20 for Payoneer and Direct Bank Transfers (non-EU countries), and €/$10 for PayPal, SEPA, and ACH. (Learn more about the payable balance here )

3. Provide Your Tax Details: Indicate whether you are self-employed or a freelance professional in the "Payment details" section of your Clickworker account. If you reside in an EU country, you must provide your Tax Identification Number (TIN). If you're a Clickworker from the USA, you'll need to provide your Social Security Number (SSN) and upload a signed W9 form.

4. Ensure Payments Are Not on Hold by the Start of the Bill Run:

4.1. Each time you make changes to your account data, our system puts your payments on hold until you confirm the changes. If you made the changes, you should have received an email with a confirmation link. Once confirmed, the payment hold will be removed automatically. (Learn more about it here)

4.2. If you previously put your payments on hold by clicking on the "Put on hold" button to accumulate the funds on your Clickworker balance, please remember to click it again to reactivate them.

4.3. At least one of your payments failed in the past, and there is an ongoing investigation. (Learn more about it here)

! Payment will not be processed unless all four requirements are met. However, any earned money is not lost. If you don't meet one of the above requirements on the billing date, your earnings will remain in your Clickworker balance until you fulfill all the conditions.
