1. Open your profile section and click on the green button to upload a profile picture.
2. Make sure that it does not exceed the maximum file size of 3 MB. You may have to shrink or crop the image in order to reduce the file size before you are able to use it as your profile picture. You may use https://tinypng.com/ to reduce the size of your picture.
If you try to take a new picture with your camera, the maximum file size is 3 MB as well. Please make sure to set the resolution to a level that results in an image smaller than 3 MB.
The profile accepts only image file types.
