Your account looks somehow strange after logging in? You do not see a user profile to provide your language skills, hobbies, or work samples? Not a single project to work on either? Instead, it looks like you are supposed to place an order or set up a survey? Then you probably registered as a client instead of a Clickworker by mistake.

Unfortunately, we cannot simply switch your account from client to Clickworker, since they are too different in their structure to do so. Instead, we need to delete the client account and you need to register anew as a Clickworker.

Please create a support ticket and choose the following topics: Registration > Registered as a client by mistake.

Make sure to tell us the email address you registered your client account with. We will then delete it, send you a notification afterwards and show you exactly where you can register as a Clickworker.
