If you are seeing the message "Your payments are stopped by clickworker" in the "Payment details" section of your Clickworker account, it usually means that at least one of your payments failed in the past or there is an investigation ongoing. Please note that this status can only be adjusted by the clickworker support team.

If you have already opened a support ticket because of a KYC issue, missing payment, or something else and you have not yet heard back from us, there is no need to take any action. Re-sending your missing payment or checking your sent-in documents is done manually and will take some days.
