Both error messages mean that you are trying to access UHRS with an account that is not authorized for UHRS access. There can be several reasons for this. You either try to log in with a LiveID that is different from the one you used during the UHRS assessment or with an email that is not a LiveID at all.
The LiveID you need to use is shown to you when you start the UHRS task on your clickworker workplace. Only this LiveID is working. If you see that the LiveID showing there is different from the one you actually registered, please get in touch with us and send us the correct one. We will then be able to adjust your UHRS account accordingly.
