If an error occurs right at the end of your assessment and the overview of the completed assessments show a score of 0%, most of the time this is nothing to worry about. It just means that our system was unable to calculate your final score right away and simply takes a little more time to process your answers and to come up with your result.
Usually, your score will adjust itself within a day. Just wait 24 hours and then check the score again. Most of the time, you will then see your real final score.
