If the overview of the completed assessments shows a score of 0%, most of the time this is nothing to worry about. It just means that this particular assessment needs to be manually evaluated (like the writing assessments) or that our system was unable to calculate your final score right away and simply takes a little more time to process your answers and to come up with your result.
Usually, your score will adjust itself within a day. Just wait 24 hours and then check the score again. Most of the time, you will then see your real final score. If 24 hours have passed and you still see a score of 0, please contact us and choose the following topics:
