It looks like there may be some settings preventing you from seeing all captcha fields.
There are a few steps you can take to improve your experience:
- Please try opening a new browser tab in incognito/private mode and submitting the ticket from there (works in most cases!)
- Make sure your browser is fully updated (see minimum browser requirements)
- Try disabling plugins that might conflict with reCAPTCHA
- Pop up blocker or the like may also be a reason why the captcha tool is not displayed to you as it should
