It looks like there may be some settings preventing you from seeing all captcha fields:

There are a few steps you can take to improve your experience:

  • Make sure your browser is fully updated (see minimum browser requirements)
  • Check that JavaScript is enabled in your browser
  • Try disabling plugins that might conflict with reCAPTCHA
  • Pop up blocker or the like may also be a reason why the captcha tool is not displayed to you as it should.
  • Please try opening a new browser tab in incognito/private mode and submitting the ticket from there.
