This article explains how payments are processed in the Mystery Store Visit projectwhy you might see deductions after an initial payment, and how to keep track of your earnings.

1. Initial Payment Credit

After you complete a store visit, you’ll submit your photos in the client’s app and upload a screenshot of your submission in the clickworker app.
Once you save the job in the clickworker app, it appears in your "Job History" and "Account History" sections, and the full payment for all categories is credited to your Clickworker balance. In your Account History, this entry will be marked as "Credit" (highlighted in green in the screenshot).

To ensure you receive payment, it’s essential to submit your photos in both the client’s app and the clickworker app. Submitting photos only in the client’s app is not enough. If you don’t see the “credit” entry in your Account History, it means the job wasn’t properly submitted in the clickworker app.

2. Client Review and Deductions

After the client reviews your submission, they may reject some categories if the photos do not meet the project requirements. When this happens, you will see a “Debit” or “Storno” entry in your Account History (highlighted in orange in the screenshot). This entry shows the payment deducted for all rejected categories and lists the categories that were accepted.

3. Viewing Rejection Reasons

Copy a workitem number for the job and open the "Job History" section of your Clickworker account. Search by the workitem number and click on the corresponding line to see the client’s comments on why certain categories were rejected.

4. Receiving Payment to Your Bank Account

Store visit jobs become payable 30 days after completion. This means that your earnings will be added to your payable balance after 30 days and will be included in a regular bill run.
