We do not forbid that in general. However, logging in from a country other than your registered home country will flag your account as suspicious.
We may temporarily block it and request personal documents to clarify your identity and location.
Even if you can prove that your registration data is correct and you are just on vacation or a business trip, some sensitive projects will not be available for you when logging in while abroad.
