The activation of your account is the very last step of the registration. Only then you will be able to log in to your Clickworker account.


If you cannot find the activation email or didn't receive it, this is what you can do:


1. Check your spam/junk folder. It is not uncommon that our activation emails are automatically sorted in there by your email provider or your email tool based on specific keywords.

2. Sometimes, when many new users register simultaneously, it may also happen that it takes a few hours before the activation email arrives. So, waiting a bit longer is the next best thing you can do.

3. Finally, if you have not received an email from us within 48 hours after registration, please get in touch with us by creating a support ticket, and we will manually activate your account for you. Make sure to select the following topics, so that our team can take care of your request as soon as possible:
