No. You are completely free to decide which projects you would like to work on. Your job list only suggests a variety of jobs that fit your skills and changes regularly.
You will be paid for all the jobs that you have successfully processed and submitted until that time (subject to a quality check at a later date if necessary).
PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to temporarily store ongoing jobs.
