If you have a problem saving your job, please first check the error message. The error message is usually displayed in red lettering or on a red background above the input mask. 

Check your input, and correct them according to the information given in the error message; then try to save the job again.

If you still cannot save the job please create a support ticket for our support team. Your request must include the following: 


- the workitem number of the job

- a screenshot (where applicable, several) of the error message and the data your have entered


Please select the topic "Jobs" and specify your inquiry in the next drop down menu. Make sure to describe the issue and provide the Workitem number (even if that field is optional). Don't forget to attach the screenshot to your ticket.
